They respond to inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions, and promptly resolve any guest concerns. This role includes taking and managing reservations, updating room availability, and handling changes or cancellations. Additional responsibilities involve answering phones, directing calls, managing mail and packages, maintaining front desk cleanliness, promoting hotel amenities, and supporting other tasks as assigned, all while upholding a positive and professional demeanor.

Listed pay is $24.48 an hour.
