As a Guest Service Agent, you are the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming check-in and check-out experience. Responsibilities include registering guests, confirming reservations, assigning rooms, processing payments, and promoting hotel services and marketing programs. You respond promptly to guest inquiries, address concerns with professionalism, and resolve complaints to ensure guest satisfaction. Additional duties include performing nightly audits, balancing financial transactions, and maintaining accurate records using point-of-sale and reservation systems. You also relay messages, provide information about the hotel and local area, and support a high standard of hospitality throughout each guest’s stay.
Evenings, weekends and holiday shifts as needed.
