The Front Desk Patient Coordinator serves as the first point of contact in a fast-paced medical office, managing front desk reception duties, referral processing, and phone operations. This role requires availability from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Thursday, with occasional Friday shifts. Candidates should possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive. While medical office experience is preferred, familiarity with the Athena electronic medical record system is a plus. This position may lead to a full-time opportunity with benefits, contingent upon performance and fit within the team.
Listed pay is $20 to $21 an hour.
