Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. is the leading operator of Manufactured Home Communities, RV Resorts and Campgrounds in North America. They are looking for an on-site front desk clerk to facilitate memorable guest and resident experiences. You will act as the property liaison and provide guests with information, responding to questions both in person and over the phone. You will also be expected to process payments and deposits, run reports and submit maintenance requests, communicate with the property manager frequently to address inquiries, and prioritize customer satisfaction while resolving conflicts. They are looking for someone with experience in customer service, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and computer literacy and ability to learn new systems. This is an entry level position with 401k benefits.
