The Front Desk Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service while managing day-to-day front desk operations at a fitness or recreational facility. Duties include opening the facility, handling incoming phone calls, managing reservations and online services, and assisting members with general inquiries. This role requires strong multitasking skills, a proactive attitude, punctuality, and a personable demeanor. Preferred candidates have previous experience in customer service and are available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
M-F day and evening shifts, with weekends as needed.
Listed pay is: $16.50 an hour.
