As a Front Desk Agent, you will warmly welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures while providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Your responsibilities include managing reservations, processing payments, and ensuring accurate billing using the hotel’s system. You’ll maintain a clean, professional front desk area, handle guest inquiries in person and over the phone, and coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure room availability is up to date.
8 hour shift, nights and weekends as needed.
Listed pay is: $20 to $22 an hour.
