A Front Desk Agent is responsible for managing room reservations (online, phone, and in-person), welcoming guests, checking them in and out, and providing information on hotel amenities and local attractions. They handle payments, address guest concerns promptly and courteously, and work with hotel staff to ensure rooms meet quality standards. Additional duties include assisting with special event planning and arranging VIP services. FOSSE experience is a plus.
Listed pay is $17.50 an hour.
