We are looking for a friendly and professional front desk receptionist to manage patient intake, schedule appointments, handle inquiries, and answer phones. The role requires heavy schedule management, direct patient interaction, administrative tasks, and coordination with the team to ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and maintain confidentiality in line with HIPAA regulations. This is a part-time position with potential for full-time, offering set hours on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour.
