As a Front Desk Agent – Ranger, you serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, greeting and directing them appropriately while managing registration paperwork for both overnight and day guests. You may escort guests to their tent cabins either on foot or by jeep and handle front desk operations including reservations, check-ins/outs, and resolving guest inquiries or issues. You stay updated on daily arrivals, departures, rates, and activities, ensuring seamless communication with other departments. Your role also includes updating rosters, assisting in the Reservations department, adhering to Safari West’s safety protocols, and remaining flexible with shifts ranging from early morning to late evening to support guest satisfaction and overall operations.
Day shift, with evenings and weekends as needed.
Listed pay is: From $20 an hour.
