Front Desk Agent (Harvest Inn, Full time, In person, St. Helena, CA.)

This position requires a driver’s license.

As a Front Desk Agent, you serve as the first point of contact for guests, managing check-ins, answering phone inquiries, and organizing reservations. The role requires multitasking between guest services and administrative duties, such as running daily reports, coordinating with housekeeping, engineering, and food & beverage teams, and supporting sales and catering for group bookings. You’ll communicate hotel and dining information clearly, assist with special guest requests and amenities, and resolve conflicts calmly. Attention to detail, strong communication, and a guest-first attitude are essential, along with a willingness to take on additional tasks as needed.

Listed pay is $22 to $23 an hour.
