A Front Desk Agent welcomes guests with professionalism, manages check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and handles inquiries to ensure guest satisfaction. They maintain accurate records, assist with reservations, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions. Additionally, they may perform night audit duties and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for occupancy.
Morning shift and nights as needed.
Listed pay is $17 an hour.
