The Help Desk Technician supports employees facing issues with IT applications, products, or services. As the primary contact for technical assistance via phone and the IT Ticketing system, they ensure effective solutions are provided. This role requires the candidate to be physically present in the office five days a week.

- Assist in identifying trends in continuing hardware, software or systems problems.
- Document user problems, resolution, and new solutions for future reference using tools and resources.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
