They are looking for a fast an accurate typist to perform data entry tasks including legal forms at a high volume, such as summons, complaints, defaults and default judgments, and writs. You will be expected to communicate by phone with courts to obtain case-related information, as well as assist with e-filing legal documents. They are looking for someone who can type 60 wpm, who has a strong attention to detail and an ability to proofread with accuracy, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and PDF programs. They also want someone who can work against firm court deadlines, and has excellent communication and time management skills. The pay rate is $22 – $24 / hr.
