Job Title: Distribution Center Office Associate
Job Description:
The Distribution Center Office Associate is responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties within Distribution and Cross Dock Centers. This role includes tasks such as data entry, filing paperwork, and maintaining organized records to ensure smooth operations. The associate may be required to float between centers, assisting where needed, and supporting overall office functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry for inventory, shipment, and operational records.
- Organize and file paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with general clerical duties to support daily operations.
- Ensure all documentation is completed and processed in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with other departments or locations as needed.
- Maintain an orderly and efficient office environment.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Prior clerical or administrative experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
- Flexibility to float between multiple centers or locations.
