Computer Engineering Group is offering a temp-to-hire position with on-the-job training to assist their Napa-based technology company. You will be expected to answer and direct calls, create tickets for contact summary, answer basic questions about company services, handle scheduling, follow all processes and procedures, track time in the system, and speak with supervisors to resolve customer issues. The job has physical demands such as operating office equipment and high-volume multi-line phones, occasionally lifting up to 30 lbs, and sitting indoors for up to 7 hours. They are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, has a basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel, can multitask and work in a team environment, can type at least 45 wpm, is able to work under stress, and has professional phone etiquette. The pay rate ranges from $18 – $22 / hr.
