Data Entry / Customer Service Representative, Roseville, CA

We’re seeking a Data Entry / Customer Service Clerk to join Hireko Golf at our Roseville headquarters. The candidate will manage incoming orders, process shipments, and provide customer support via phone, email, and chat. You’ll also enter data into customer portals and the ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning).

The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, handle a busy workload, and pay close attention to detail. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel, are essential. This role will be key in maintaining accurate data records and ensuring excellent customer service.
