Customer Technical Support Specialist (Full-Time, Remote)

Tandem Diabetes Care manufactures insulin products and helps to create new possibilities for people living with diabetes. They are looking for someone to help with inbound calls through support lines, troubleshoot issues about the insulin pump and its software, understands methods and techniques for solutions to customer issues, defuse situations, work in a technical environment, use training materials to document customer interactions and issues, and comply with regulations and standards. They want someone who can read diagrams and flow charts, knows how to use a CRM tool, has clear written and verbal communication, has a solid understanding of web software, can stay attentive in a dynamic environment, ability to learn quickly, has flexibility with scheduling, and can type 55 wpm. The pay rate is $18.50 – $21.50 / hr depending on location and shift.
