The Customer Support Technician will: Provide administrative and technical support to ensure efficient claims processing and excellent customer service. Manage incoming mail by receiving, scanning, and indexing documents for appropriate handling. Assist the claims department by prioritizing daily tasks, preparing form letters and record requests, and accurately indexing files. Answer and route incoming calls professionally, monitor voicemails, and respond in a timely manner. Deliver high-quality service to clients, vendors, and internal teams, escalating workflow issues as needed. Greet and direct visitors with professionalism, ensuring they are connected with the appropriate staff. Contribute to special projects, draft memos, maintain a tidy workspace, and support a collaborative team environment.
M-F day shift.
Listed pay is: $18 to $23 an hour.
