Amorim Cork America is a sales and distribution center in Napa, and they are looking for a customer support agent to assist in answering phones, processing orders, supporting sales representatives, and corresponding with customers. You will also be expected to help with data entry, including using software such as SAP / HANA, entering orders, A/R invoicing, processing credit card payments, and maintaining client records. They want someone who has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, an ability to multitask, an ability to work independently and as a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook/Excel/Word. The pay rate is $21 – $22 / hr.
