As a Customer Support Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and online platforms, providing prompt assistance and initiating support tickets as needed. You’ll collaborate closely with the inside sales team to onboard and support new customers, offering technical guidance related to software, hardware, and networking. Responsibilities include remote training sessions, resolving installation or usage issues, supporting shipping and returns, and contributing to the development of support documentation. You’ll also play a key role in achieving individual and team performance goals while assisting with special projects to improve overall customer experience and service efficiency.

M-F, 8 hour shifts.

Listed pay is: $23-$30 an hour.
