Customer Service Specialist (Full-Time, On-Site, SF)

Crane Pest Control is seeking a customer service specialist to assist in promoting their values of community, value, science, and safety. They want someone to answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers, schedule and confirm appointments, navigate a Windows-based system to track routes and optimize schedules (with training), identify customer concerns and evaluate needs, monitor and update customer database, reschedule unserviced accounts, participate in quality assurance processes, and safeguard customer privacy. They want someone with a valid driver’s license and the ability to work in the field independently to interact with clients. The pay rate is $25 / hr.
