In this role, you’ll respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, provide details about our products and services, and assist with scheduling repairs or services. You will also ensure that customer information is collected and entered accurately.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, communicate effectively, and offer exceptional service. Strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, Word, and Google software, and previous customer service or call center experience, are preferred. A collaborative attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment are essential.
