We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves high-volume inbound and outbound phone communication with participants, families, care providers, Regional Center staff, and transportation vendors. Key responsibilities include providing schedule updates, late bus notifications, responding to inquiries and concerns, and gathering information to process service changes or address complaints. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring clear communication and timely support, while collaborating with supervisors and departments like Scheduling and Quality Assurance. M-F 8 hour shifts.
Listed pay is: $21 to $23 an hour.
