Customer Service Representative (R&D Transportation Services, Full time, In person, Sacramento, CA.)

This position requires fluency in both English and Spanish.

As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for responding to a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, assisting participants, families, care providers, Regional Center personnel, and transportation vendors. Key duties include notifying participants of service schedules, providing updates such as late bus notifications, addressing concerns and inquiries, processing service change requests, and documenting complaints or issues for follow-up. You act as a liaison between departments such as Scheduling and Quality Assurance to ensure prompt and accurate support, while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism in every interaction.

M-F, 8 hour shifts.

Listed pay is: $18 to $20 an hour.
