As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments. Using your training, you’ll proficiently navigate both Windows-based and web-based systems to track routes and optimize scheduling for efficiency. Your strong listening skills and attention to detail will help you assess customer concerns and recommend the best solutions. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records in the customer database, including call details, payment updates, and service outcomes. Unserviced accounts must be rescheduled within 24 hours, and you’ll actively participate in quality assurance initiatives. Throughout all tasks, you’ll safeguard customer privacy and sensitive information.

Listed pay is: $18-$27.84 an hour.
