As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for supporting builder and client relationships by managing warranty service requests and ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of customer concerns. This includes processing new service requests, coordinating inspections and repairs, ordering materials, and requesting purchase orders for non-warranty work. You will maintain communication with builder/client representatives, escalate complex issues to management, and close out service requests upon completion. Additional duties include contributing to administrative tasks and supporting overall operations within the Homesite Customer Service department.

M-F day shifts.

Listed pay is: $20 to $22 an hour.
