We are looking for a proactive and personable Customer Service Representative to serve as a key point of contact for our customers across phone, email, and in-person interactions. In this dynamic role, you’ll promptly address inquiries, resolve concerns, process orders and returns, and handle special requests with care. You’ll collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs, provide quotes and product support, and promote sales, new products, and special promotions. Staying informed on product details, warranties, and terms of sale is essential, as is maintaining accurate records and identifying opportunities for improvement.
