Customer Service Representative (Full-Time, Remote)

Prime Group Holdings is a private equity company that provides its investors with self-sourced deal flow, proprietary technology and state-of-the-art revenue and asset management systems. They are looking for someone to professionally handle customer inquiries via phone and email, demonstrate strong customer service, perform any tasks as assigned, ensure clear and timely communication, handle inbound calls, provide timely responses to emails and voicemails, generate revenue reports in Excel, and maintain and troubleshoot equipment, reporting any issues. They want someone with excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet expectations accurately, who can manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently, can handle sensitive information with discretion, has proficiency in Microsoft Office apps, has excellent written and verbal communication skills, can collaborate effectively within a team or work independently, and can demonstrate critical thinking in managing difficult customer situations. The pay rate ranges from $18.50 – $22.00 / hr.
