Customer Service Representative (Full-Time, On-Site, SF)

National Blinds & Flooring, Inc. has been serving the window fashion needs of the Bay Area since 1997. They are looking for someone to manage incoming and outgoing calls, schedule technicians, process orders and repair requests, handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, keep a record of customer interactions, process customer accounts, file documents, and follow communication procedures. They want someone who has a strong attention to detail, who has strong phone contact handling skills, is a good listener, is highly organized, can easily adapt and respond to different types of customers and their needs, has excellent communication skills, and can multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. The pay rate is $25 / hr.
