Customer Service Representative (Full-Time, On-Site, Santa Rosa)

Recology seeks to eliminate waste by developing and discovering sustainable resource recovery practices that can be implemented globally. They are looking for someone to answer phone calls and greet customers at the counter, provide information to customers about billing and account status, answer customer questions and resolve complaints, enter data and reconcile customer payments, maintain appropriate records, prepare requested reports, perform word processing and clerical duties, expedite communication and services between customers and co-workers both written and verbally, participate in training related to customer service processes, procedures, and safety, and handle special calls including escrow, bankruptcies, and delinquent accounts. They are looking for someone who is resourceful, develops strategies to manage challenges, demonstrates the ability to use computers and technologies, demonstrates strong proficiency and knowledge in areas of expertise, presents ideas effectively, effectively engages and establishes trust with others, promotes collaboration, motivates and empowers others, attracts and retains people and opportunities, and listens and builds customer relationships. The pay rate ranges from $21.68 – $25.50 / hr.
