Customer Service Representative (Full-Time, On-Site, San Rafael)

Marin Sanitary Service believes in the power of recycling to preserve our natural resources. They are looking for someone to provide courteous and efficient service on the phone and in person, to return calls and send emails to customers, greet and assist walk-in customers, collect payment for services, provide customers with account information, guide customers on service selections, set up new accounts, create work orders, handle calls from difficult customers courteously, document customer calls in Soft-Pak system, document compliance, coordinate audits, maintain knowledge of service offerings, and create and understand Excel reports and excellent skills using Word. They want someone who is preferably bilingual in Spanish and English, can analyze situations and adopt an effective course of action, maintains knowledge of the company, become proficient with Soft-Pak system, learns the geography of the service area, has strong written and verbal communication skills, can establish and maintain effective working relationships with contacts, and works closely and collaboratively with co-workers in a team environment. The pay rate is $18 – $22 / hr.
