They are looking for someone to assist customers with requests, orders, pricing, and product availability, both over the phone and in person. You will also be expected to process customer orders and quote requests, troubleshoot issues, handle cash transactions and complete deposits, help customers navigate the company website, work with internal departments, resolve product returns, shipping inquiries, order status questions. They are looking for a candidate who has experience in customer service, basic math can cash transactional skills, strong Microsoft Office skills, and accurate data entry skills. The pay rate ranges from $20.00 – $25.20 / hr.
