Orkin is a pest-control company looking for customer service help to manage providing services and products to customers. You will be expected to answer incoming and outbound calls, schedule appointments, navigate Windows and Web-based systems (required training included), help minimize travel time for technicians, use listening skills to identify customer needs, monitor and maintain customer databases, and participate in quality assurance. They expect you to have a valid driver’s license, and you will be expected to obtain a pesticide license/certification, paid for by the company. Strong communication skills required. Pay rate ranges from $17.77 – $26.08 / hr.
