Customer Service Representative (Full-Time, On-Site, Sacramento)

Ascendion Inc. is looking for someone to help be a service representative to help them to deliver high quality digital software and products to customers. You will answer member inquiries, resolve issues, update member accounts, handle collections and escalations, work in a fast-paced environment, and follow compliance regulations while keeping a flexible schedule for a M-F work week. You should have excellent communication skills with a knack for problem-solving, they are looking for someone with experience in collections and escalations, and you must have an ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Pay rate is $18 – $20 / hr.
