Customer Service Representative (Full-Time, On-Site, Sacramento)

All 1 Smart Home is trying to make the process of reaching personal energy goals easy to understand, and empowering to do it yourself. They are looking for someone to identify and target potential customers, provide information to customers in person on energy solutions, build rapport with customers, address customer questions and concerns, tailor solutions to customer needs, guide customers through the sales process including contract signing, and adhere to company policies along the way. They want someone who has excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to build relationships and convey complex information clearly, is a strong self-starter, has the ability to work independently, is goal-oriented, is comfortable working in diverse neighborhoods, has a basic understanding or willingness to learn energy systems, has the ability to manage time effectively, can handle rejection gracefully, and can maintain a professional demeanor at all times. The pay rate ranges from $700 – $1,000 / wk.
