Customer Service Representative (Full-Time, On-Site, Richmond)

They are looking for someone to develop relationships with client stakeholders and provide tailored solutions to them, oversee client accounts, from onboarding to renewal, resolve client issues promptly via phone, email, and chat, working with internal teams when needed, keep accurate and detailed records of client accounts to identify areas for improvement, and give client feedback to relevant departments. They are seeking a candidate with experience in customer service, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and an ability to build client relationships, problem-solving and organizational skills, as well as time management skills and technical proficiency. The salary is $62,000 – $72,000 / yr.
