Customer Service Representative (Full-Time, On-Site, Petaluma)

CrossCheck, Inc. provides U.S. businesses with guaranteed payment solutions and a suite of premium enhancements tailored to specific industries and applications. They are looking for someone to process inbound and outbound calls, follow-up within a 24-hour timeframe, process daily claim paperwork, save/retain accounts, manage a to-do system to ensure all issues are resolved on-time, resolve simple to complex issues with merchants including billing, training, and transactional situations, scan documents, handle escalations, handle emails professionally, perform processes and procedures, and ask questions with team members. They are looking for someone with the flexibility to work occasional holidays, an ability to establish positive working relationships, the ability to provide front desk coverage, an ability to meet attendance requirements, an ability to work effectively under stress, experience with Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook, strong time management skills, conflict resolution skills, communication skills, an ability to coach and counsel, an ability to multitask, an ability to type at least 35 wpm, and an ability to work independently and as part of a team. The pay rate is $20 / hr.
