Customer Service Representative (Full-Time, Hyrbid, Greater Sacramento)

This is a hybrid position with Orion, with a willingness to obtain an Orion Industry Certification. Orion is a company that builds technology suites and investment solutions for companies. They will expect you to answer calls and respond to inquiries, provide maintenance and configuration recommendations, record customer requests, escalate issues as needed, follow up with customers, listen to critical feedback, communicate effectively and document interactions, obtain knowledge of products and services offered, use industry terminology, use time effectively, work under close supervision, allow occasional on-call weekend coverage, and work independently based on customer needs. They want someone who has customer service experience, is proficient with Microsoft Office, has good organization skills, is good with Windows OS and is internet-savvy, and can multitask and work effectively as a team. Pay rate ranges from $17.37 – $24.46 / hr.
