As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for reviewing student paperwork and providing feedback, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and offering detailed information about products and services. You troubleshoot and resolve issues, maintain accurate customer records, and perform additional office tasks as assigned by management.
M-F, 8 hour shifts.
Listed pay is: From $25 an hour.
