In this role, you’ll schedule patient appointments, manage a multi-phone line, and track patient referrals. You’ll collect payments, gather new patient intake information, and verify insurance coverage. Additionally, you’ll coordinate appointments, including evaluations, reminders, and cancellations, and act as a liaison between patients, the office manager, and clinicians.

We’re looking for someone with a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Strong communication, multitasking, attention to detail, and a positive, empathetic attitude toward patients are essential for success in this position.
