Customer Service Representative (ACCO Engineered Systems, Full time, In person, Sacramento, CA.)

As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails, accurately identifying the nature of each inquiry and documenting all information according to standard operating procedures. You’ll create work orders for service requests, relay information to dispatchers, and input new customer data into the IFS system. Additionally, you will distribute new customer forms to the accounts receivable manager for approval, manage updates to the customer database, and appropriately direct customer complaints. Other duties may be assigned by the Dispatch Manager as needed.

Listed pay is $18-$23 an hour.
