Customer Service Representative

Hampshire House Corporation has a part-time remote position for a customer service representative.

This is a part-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will interact with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints. They will also be responsible for inputting information into customer databases, analyzing customer interactions, and collaborating with other teams to improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and handle difficult situations with professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills
  • Adept at using computers and proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
