Olympic West Fire Protection has a full-time, remote position opening for a Customer Service Representative. Pay starts from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour.
Skills
- Oracle System experience a plus
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Track record of achieving expectations
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree
Additional Details:
- Training: 8 weeks, M-F
- Work Schedules: All schedules are 40hrs a week and will fall within the business hours of 9:00 am – 6:30 pm M-F (PST).
