As a Customer Service Representative, you will communicate with customers through inbound and outbound calls, both manually and via an automated dialer. Your role includes assessing customer needs and compliance with physician orders, providing education on products and services, and entering customer orders into a computerized system. You’ll also verify and update demographic information and document all interactions to ensure accurate records are maintained.
Listed pay is up to $21 an hour.
