In this role, you’ll answer phones and emails, assist customers with rate quotes, shipment statuses, and proper documentation, including Bills of Lading. You’ll provide prompt support to both internal and external customers while ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Additional responsibilities include scanning and filing important documents and assisting with general office duties as needed.
