We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will engage with potential and existing customers, addressing inquiries and providing product and service information to meet their needs and drive sales. You’ll process orders, manage correspondence, and handle confidential customer data with accuracy and care. Building lasting relationships through positive and proactive communication is key, as is meeting individual and team sales goals. You’ll also support retention efforts through upselling, promoting ongoing deals, and confidently discussing warranties and terms of sale. This position includes regular collaboration with the customer service and sales management team to continuously improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
M-F shifts, with weekends as necessary.
Listed pay is: $42,000 to $52,000 a year.
