This role includes soliciting participation in customer satisfaction surveys and coordinating post-sale activities between the service department and third-party vendors. The associate responds promptly to inquiries from both guests and internal teams, contributing to a supportive and efficient work environment. A key focus is on continuous improvement, fostering a positive workplace culture, and delivering a high standard of customer service.
