Customer Service Associate (Sacramento Gun Range, In person, Full time, Sacramento, CA.)

A Customer Service Associate in this role is responsible for operating point-of-sale and inventory systems, assisting customers, and performing general retail duties as assigned. They are expected to develop a strong understanding of company products, policies, and procedures, with helpful knowledge of firearms, ammunition, accessories, and ATF compliance regulations. Comfort and experience in the firearms industry is important, as well as the ability to provide informed and courteous service to customers.

Morning, day and evening shifts, with weekends as needed.

Listed pay is $17 to $18 an hour.
