They want someone to respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms, address concerns, complaints, and questions, accurately enter customer orders, communicate delays or changes, collaborate with shipping and logistics, coordinate with carries, manage customer requests for expedited shipping, maintain a strong understanding of company products and services, investigate billing discrepancies, generate reports on customer orders, build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, proactively reach out to customers, assist the sales team with inquiries related to product availability and pricing, and adhere to industry standards and regulations. They are looking for someone who is enthusiastic for customer service, has an upbeat personality, has strong communication skills, is a problem-solver eager to take on challenges, has experience with customer service, has experience with order management sustems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook, has strong organizational and time management skills, is able to multitask, and is able to work independently or as part of a team. The pay rate ranges from $25 – $28 / hr.
