As a Customer Service Associate / Cashier at 49er Travel Plaza, you serve as the first point of contact for guests entering the General Store, creating a warm and inviting environment. Your responsibilities include accurately processing transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system, assisting customers with product inquiries and locating merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. You also handle customer concerns professionally, restock products to ensure merchandise availability, and actively promote additional products and services to enhance the guest experience.
4 or 8 hour shifts, evening, night and overnight shifts. Includes every weekend.
Listed pay is: $17.50 to $18 an hour.
